Terry 'Crazy Legs' Sam is the trusted youngster of the team. Named 'Crazy Legs' for his unique dancing style during Service, Tez strives to better his skills everyday and his passion for the Food is second to none. His favourite Service track is 'Eye Of The Tiger' and when played he transforms into Rocky!
Annette is our Resident part timer and is a seasoned Head Chef/Manager from Liverpool. After working for large conglomerates like BP Oil, she has reduced her working time directive to spend more time with Family. Her Patisserie knowledge would shame the most astute French pastry chef...and she moves like a whirlwind around the Kitchen keeping us all on our toes!
